trailer help

right so going to getting car done soon so where is cheap to hire a trailer?

was collecting a car from birmingham this morning and was looking round there yard and found this made me chuckle a bit

legal advise please

right bare with me on this one please people but i need some help

right i brought a av amp bout 4 years ago paid the extra to have extended warrenty so have 5 years warrenty on it anyway bout 3 weeks ago come down stairs turn amp on nothing happends tried a few more time still nothing didnt want to work. i decided to change the fuse in the plug did nothing still not working gave the store a call they said yes all fine still under warrenty. took the amp back they tested it still didnt work they gave me a loan amp to use as mine was being sent away to yamaha to be repaired.

2 weeks later get the call amps back in store ready to be picked up so get over to store i asked what was wrong with it to which they said nothing yamaha couldnt find a fault i said thats strange cause i tested it and you also test it and it wouldnt work which he said yes i remember doing it, so anyway i asked him to plug it in to see if it works plugs it in still nothing didnt work carried on trying for bout 5 mins still nothing then all of a suden tried again switched on, to which the guys word where great iv managed to fix it turned it on and off few more time worked fine, then all of sudden whilst looking at the amp looked at the side big fecking dent in it so started to look bit closer and noticed a big scratch across the front now got bit fobbed off telling me head office wasnt open till monday and they would need to talk to them bout how to fix the problem,

at first he tried to offer me gift vouchers to which i said thats good but to be honest dont fix the scratch and dent so said thats no good to me so then he said well they might offer me another amp of same make and spec to which i said would be fine as it would solve the problem.

now i need to know am i within my right cause i do love my amp to turn round and ask them to replace the side pannel and the front pannel or to replace the amp with the same make and same spec or if they offer vouchers which would at most be £50 do i have to take them? also the fact as far as im concerned the amp still has the problem of not turning on to which looks like a sticky switch. also at one point he turned round and said they might give me the value of my amp which now is only £100 well as far as im concerned i know it was a while ago i brought it but it cost me alot more then that so do i have to take the £100 or should tell them i want what i first paid for it to replace my amp dont get me wrong i dont want money i just dont want a amp that looks battered

any help would be great please as like to be correct when arguing something iv already taken a load of photos of the dent and scratch and also how the amp was packed with bubble wrap all over it part from the side and im going to wait till monday to see what they say and if nothing gets sorted write a letter of complaint to head office with my photos.
